363 George Street
The development consists of a 35 storey 40,000m2 commercial office building elevated above existing historic buildings. The refined proportions of the tower provide an elegant silhouette within the city skyline. It has column free floor plans, a ‘clean’ core, excellent natural light and outlook to all floors to command premium leasing interest.
Selective demolition has created generous civic spaces with the foyer contained within a glass enclosed loggia. The raised tower allows for the penetration of daylight, providing considerable heritage and public benefit in enhancing the visual appreciation of the heritage buildings. A public through site link recreates the notion of laneway and access long lost in Sydney.
