The revitalisation and development of the historic waterfront core of Auckland City.

The precinct contains some seventeen buildings of heritage value and a major transport interchange . The development will provide links from the city to the waterfront ,a sequence of public spaces and new buildings for Residential, Serviced Apartments, Retail, Commercial and Hotel uses.

JPW are advising Bluewater on the Current Masterplan and designing a number of new buildings and public spaces.
