Located on the western edge of Sydney CBD, and originally known as the KENS project, this development covers an entire one hectare city block. JPW were selected as architects through a limited design competition conducted under the Sydney City Council Design Excellence guidelines.

JPW's design response to the large, complex and historic site demonstrates the possibilities of a development to make a significant contribution to the public realm as well as satisfy commercial objectives. The project has created the largest new public landscape park in the CBD for more than a century.
