The precinct contains some seventeen buildings of heritage value and a major transport interchange. The development will provide links from the city to the waterfront, a sequence of public spaces and new buildings for Residential, Serviced Apartments, Retail, Commercial and Hotel uses.
JPW are advising Bluewater on the Current Masterplan and designing a number of new buildings and public spaces.
