As part of the Victoria Park redevelopment site, Johnson Pilton Walker was appointed to prepare the masterplan and building design of the commercial precinct. With a prominent location on the main airport freeway in close proximity to the CBD and a substantial site area of 6.7 hectares this development is a significant and important gateway project.
The mixed-use development incorporates residential, commercial, retail and community facilities. In design at present, the integrated approach will maximise the synergy between uses and will provide a high quality urban design and vital living sequence of spaces.
