Pyrmont Bay Park Stage II

At the final stage of the Pyrmont Bay Park, the eastern end of Pyrmont Bay, this scheme involved working within the context of the other previous stages and created a new focus for the area whilst satisfying a complex range of stakeholders.
JPW was responsible for the design, documentation and construction inspection. This A$3.5 million project aims for the world’s best practice and meets this in many different respects. The design had to solve very difficult problems inherited from the previous stages and we had to respond to a very complex client/approval structure. The majority of the works was hard landscaping with some soft landscaping works. |
