The centre piece of the masterplan for the Suzhou Logistics neighborhood. A new town square is enclosed by a colonnade with shops, restaurants and offices providing activity centres. The buildings have been designed with maximum flexibility to allow for continuing changes in usage over the lifespan of the centre. The planning allows for subdivision into small tenancies for shops and offices, or large open areas for larger tenancies and uses. The building façade system has been designed to provide flexibility of use, provide sun control, natural ventilation and energy efficiency.
